A luxurious historic villa, located in a beautiful garden in the oldest part of Konstancin-Jeziorna, will be extended with a two-story pavilion. Its minimalist, elegant form corresponds with the existing building, echoing its proportions and bay windows. The pavilion, connected by two glass links, is tucked behind the villa’s decorative front façade.
The new section, glazed and flooded with sunlight, will serve as a relaxation space for the residents.
